Slow cooked Pork Belly, with roast fennel, butternut squash puree and a cumin salsa verde

8oz Sirloin Steak with twice cooked chips served with a choice of Bourguignon (red wine and wild mushroom sauce) , au Poivre (cream, brandy & peppercorn sauce) or Béarnaise sauce   (4.00 additional charge)
